HORIZON TOWERS// Horizon towers can be defined as “chain block”: effectively a linked series of towers with separate vertical circulation. Every part of the building is a tower block: one lift, two units; one lift two units; and they are all separated from each other. The building also marks a further step in the development of tubular subsidiary towers. All service areas are contemplated inside the tube and eventually this tube become structural eliminating the need for columns.
