The fundamentals of the building form are primarily guided by the core of the building which has been specifically designed in an H shape.
The podium, the base, and the foundation of the H shape in which the core now sits on reinforce its iconic qualities and form.The cluster effect of the combination of different programs are now inserted vertically and horizontally around the core to enhance the three dimensional of the H-shape.
The use of sky gardens and sky terraces was an objective method of creating a microclimatic environment in which a mundane internal space could be re-activated and re-charged with the indoor/outdoor experience, returning an otherwise man-made space back into a more natural environment.
