“The bungalow in the air” concept, each unit was conceived as an independent bungalow unit customized to the individual user through a series of options. This selection process created the varied architectural language of the building façade. The user can select pools versus garden or both to create the customize and bespoke architecture that is tailor-made for that particular individual.
The proposed tower design was oriented to have a north-south axis, aligning with the plot. This allows the building to have a minimum façade facing the east and west sun. The occupants also now have a maximum view of the picturesque surrounding. The proposed tower design was oriented to have a different axis view with the plot. This allowed occupants to have a maximum view out to the surrounding instead of confronting the other surrounding building. The units will have towards the Jumeirah coastline and Burj Khalifa.
